Random inspirational bikes

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once and awhile.
I found this sweet little Triumph chopper project today while doing a service call at the home of a high school classmate of mine who I haven’t talked to in ages.
It’s Ryan’s fist custom bike project, and he’s got himself a real nice start.
Right now he is running and 18 and 19 with disc brakes but unfortunately he has fallen victim to the aesthetics monster and will be switching to heavy drum brakes and a 16 and 21 instead!

DON”T DO IT RYAN! BE STRONG! STICK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE!
Light is right man…

All kidding aside, he has great ground clearance, nice working forks, mid pegs, he is carrying his oil in the backbone, and has yet to find a battery setup he likes (anybody want to sell him a nice magneto instead?)
It has the potential to be a really light, fast, great working attack chopper in no time at all!

Good luck Ryan, and let me know if I can help out!
